I have underdeveloped motor function in my hands that makes it really hard to be able to use techniques others use with sketching traditionally so I began making digital art but even now recently i've been branching back into making traditional art! I can not make long "confident" strokes like others can on paper so I figured out my own way to be able to create cohesive lines without doing that and sometimes use the instability of my sketches and linework to my advantage stylistically. AI would never be able to reflect my lived experiences and the joy of art is the process of creation, not the end result. AI bros see visual art as a product and means to an end rather than a dedicated craft. They just don't fundamentally get what the point of creating art is which is just kinda pitiful haha
