We are at the inflection point right now for AI job replacement. Tools like Claude are performing well enough to take entry to early career roles in the corporate world. And this is just the beginning. We are being asked to train our replacements with zero economic incentive to do so. They are selling the narrative of the AI augmented worker, but I think this is a transition phase stepping stone approach that won’t have a shelf life of more than 2 years.
