I think the best argument against OpenAI is actually a gun control argument. It is legal to own a gun, but it is illegal to own an automatic. Just because you can legally shoot 7 rounds at someone (under the correct circumstances) doesn't mean you should legally be able to shoot 500 rounds in 3 seconds in that same situation.
