I agree, companies need to pay us for our creativity. AI cannot replace that. But, when it imitates the work of a living artist or writer or musician, their style is their unique voice. These AI companies should never have fired their ethics departments. All AI can do is copy. It cannot create original work. That is up to us, the creatives of the world. I write young adult science fiction, and I can write it better than these Frankensteined, souless cobbles that come out of an AI agent or LLM. Yes, AI has so much to give to mankind, but mismanaged, there is so much it can steal from us
