Its a great tool for reducing bulk work of low importance or accuracy, but I have tried to desperately explain to management that it just doesn’t have the raw skill to perform at an acceptable level. I put it this way: if a junior showed me this code, I would not hire them, and it would take a decent senior to come and clean it up. If you can’t get me an AI that can perform at the level of a fresh recruit, just keep bringing me humans.
