Deepfakes and other AI nonsense shouldn't have anything legal done to them. We have long passed the point where we needed to tell people to stop trusting people without question.
Especially in the case of deepfakes. You CANNOT own your likeness. Other humans look like you and you are going to have to learn to live with it. If you think "Elvis" marrying people and hologram Tupac performing is okay then you think deepfakes are okay. And you should think both of them are fine because there is literally no victim unless you are the ones telling people they should believe everything they see and read online.
Which agreeing with would do nothing but tell one you don't belong on the internet at all.
