I beg to differ. There are some people that are better at prompting AI and create a very custom image. If I am somebody requesting a type of image in a very specific way, that image should be unique. If someone else can create the same image without using the same prompting as the original that will show that anybody can create the same image. But without the input of the person, the image cannot be created. The same thing can be said if you create an image on a computer and then using a printer to print on a T-shirt. You can say that the image on the teacher should not be protected because it was painted by a computer. And a computer can replicated as many times as you want.
