AI requires immense amount of resources for it to tag and use for reference/template. Ethical way to do this is when they pay you a salary/fee-per-artwork to feed your work into AI. Now considering AI needs immense amount of these works to perform well they simply cant/wont do that lol. Sadly this is a lost cause. Artists needs to start abusing the AI themselves until AI becomes industry standard with lot of competitors that use it. Then it will be legal issue.
