I am no AI expert but a Dev exploring how to incorporate it in office workflow
These are my predictions:
In 3 to 5 years AI agents will take simple jobs and could result in 20% workforce reduction
Beyond that as it improves only 20% will be left from pre AI agents days, they will supervise digital workers and take complicated task not suitable for AI
Honestly, I don't know jobs AI will create to counter the loss, it will not totally remove humans but it will greatly reduce the manpower needed, this will have a huge impact in Social Security agencies around the globe, most are depending in current contribution to service the retired, I hope governments around the globe are preparing NOW, if you act on it later it will already be late
