There are already changes in brain structure. Look at a boomer or a gen x and you'll see that their brains are tooled towards rote memorization. Look at a millennial or gen y and you'll see that their minds are tooled towards search algorithms. They don't remember the information, they remember how to access the information and how to develop strategies for procuring new information. The older way of thinking is much more rigid and standardized, e.g. 'Why do we do it this way? Because that's how we've always done it.' Whereas the new ways of thinking are much more fluid, dynamic, and flexible.
