I thought the techbros who think LLMs are sentient and deserve human rights are just plain stupid and mentally ill, but then came the very fart-huffing "robots can never have human rights or be slaves, because check out my Ben Shapiro tier Burger King philosophy pamphlet word game" counter and it beat the techbro loser in loserdom.
Obviously robots can warrant human rights, if in future there are actually sentient and sapient electronic minds then the one moral choice is for them to be treated like other people. It's very ironic how the parody of an SJW is unironically doing the racism thing - excluding a group not by any actually scientific or logically sound qualifier, but through a false dichotomy and a sophist word game. We don't actually give human rights to things that are human - zygotes and skin cells are human - we give them to persons, which is why pets have rights in between people and all other animals we as a society don't find personable at all.
