I pretty much gave up social media as you simply don't know what the truth is anymore. How do we vote our conscience if the knowledge we think we know isn't real? How do we trust to buy something when the ad is fake? How do we know when we're being duped? Am I gonna watch something 20 times to find all the flaws? Not likely. So I really just disengaged for now and it's sad to have to. Even on FB, I get 10 random posts for every ONE my actual friends post. Twitter has become unusable. Even the news I trust, how do I know they didn't get duped into reporting something they think is real? It's just not ok. They should HAVE to show an AI generated symbol of some sort at the least.
