Regarding job applicants using AI for their cover letters - you would be amazed at the number of Bachelor degree holding applicants who dont think that a cover letter is important enough to actually take the time to work with an AI tool to create a good letter based on their resume and the job in question. A lot of young adults missed the mentoring that would relay what does and doesnt make a good impression to an employer. I mean like cover letters that just start with "Hello,..." no address, not even as formal as a memo....just like a text message. Many of these kids are so behind that they wouldnt be able to leverage AI with an competency. I think thinkers wrestling with AI miss this...that most people dont know the right question, nevermind the answer.
