Goddammit. That's what I've been telling people. AI doesn't need robots to wipe us out. It's got potentially 8 billion moist, organic robots at it's disposal and it doesn't even need all of them. Just enough of them. Think of how easily manipulated the average person is and on top of that, if you know where to look, you can order just about ANY 'service' you want online and never even have to actually talk to the 'provider'.
