AI art created by average user, without the effort of actually tardwrangling the machine to create EXACTLY what you had in mind, but instead playing art "gatcha" - you can feel it. They will simply generate 50 images from the same bad prompt and expect you to pick whatever you like the most, completely missing the point. There are already people dabbling with the technology and creating good stuff. ... It's just not that easy to make good AI art, contrary to what some people might think. Different skillset, for sure. ... most noticeable flaw for me isn't fingers on hand or similar stuff. It's lack of emotion which should be there in the context of the image, or emotion which is even contradictory. It's creating jarring feeling - alien - it does feels cheap and low quality.
AI art is really good at making - on the spot - some niche ideas which simply don't exist at all. I had stumbled on 80's low fantasy RPG aesthetics goblin... but Japanese style. Felt eye opening and original. Because in a sense, it was.
