Raw LLM Responses

ChatGPT can really get you in a lot of trouble. We had someone with attendance issues claim medical reasons. In my state, after 3 days you can demand a doctor's note (and you can call and ask very strict things, like, were they seen there, is this note legit, etc). You can't ask what for or details, but you can ask about the legitimacy. So naturally he provides a Dr note five days later when he decided he was gonna come back. Firstly, it was too late, HR already said he was terminated but he was trying to argue his job back with the doctor's note. hR didn't want him in the building and instructed him to send them the digital PDF. He didn't send it to them tho. He sent it to ME. Naturally, I printed a hard copy for our records as well. That's when I noticed some tell-tale pixeling around the words, images, and grouping. I know what that is. That's Photoshop cutting and poor blending. I grew up in the age of early Photoshop back in the late 90s, early 00s. I knew it. HR approved me to call and ask. The doctor? Not an..emergency doctor, also, hadn't worked there for at least 5 years. The address? Nowhere near that doctors office (when they were there). Phone number? It was to the ER, not that office. After the hospital confirmed the doctor was illegitimate, they routed me to their records department. "We have no record of that person ever being admitted anywhere in our hospital, doctors, emergency services, inpatient or outpatient, or even as a visitor". Yeah... Our HR department went and filed the criminal report. Apparently falsifying medical records, forging doctor signatures, and such is extremely illegal.
