You are phenomenal 🍕 going through the dystopian job hunt currently - I was initially quite scared to watch this video just cos I was prepared to be mega bummed out, but this has made me feel strangely seen and uplifted to understand how the application process just does not cater to neurodivergent applicants at all, and how the AI recruitment systems in place are in fact just as flawed…here’s an extra slice for such a stellar vid 🍕
