Decrease weekly work hours make business use more AI and hire less expensive human. Boards are always elected by the shareholder. The workers can't fire shareholders but shareholders can. Have you not heard of contract jobs? company can always contract any part of the jobs and ignore the rules. Good try but nothing works.
