You dont get to decide what is art or not and doing so makes you look like you have a hidden agenda at best. That being said, a lot of people use AI to mislead or use AI in an extremely lazy manner and producing results that should not be called art purely because it was never genuinely meant as art.
People today could do well in not thinking in so damn black or white terms.. (I wonder though, are there people who also claim that making music with a synth and/or samples is not real music?)
