It looks quite inevitable though. Humans now need to physically exercise, in a conscious manner, because although they were structurally designed to do so daily in order to survive, our modern lifestyle doesn't make it necessary anymore to have a decent life. The same could happen for the brain: mental exercising, in a conscious manner, in order not to dangerously loose faculties to AI (mental gyms?). However the big replacement in the workplace, I think, is inevitable because robots will be cheaper to run than humans, and could become more far more reliable overtime. But the human skills will need to be preserved somehow, just in case. What a weird time to be alive.
