Ngl your arguments in the "ai for reference" segment of the video ain't the best. Everyone knows that fine detail work in ai "art" is janky (and to imply otherwise either makes you a fool or someone with an agenda) and trying to center your argument on only this is kinda bad faith; focusing the argument on button placement of a shirt and whether or not a hand appears to be holding an object is just an insult to everyone's intelligence (both yours and ours). It would be like saying using a 3d printer for prototyping is bad because the material to be used in the final product was not utilized in the test print; no shit, really? Guess I shouldn't try making the final product then. For an idea of a generalized scene setup it's fine; body orientation, object location, color palette, etc etc. It's from that basic visual work a final design can be built upon. Is this method of art referencing for everyone? Obviously not nor should it be but it can help some people with getting started somewhere.
