You cant just say that "Oh at the moment AI isnt replacing everyone so it wont be a problem" you have to think ahead some years. Sure, right now that the technology is still in its infancy, business dont yet know the best way to implement it into their business model. But fast forward a few years and the adoption has gone through, AI will definitely replace people for most white collar work.
