There should always be a way to appeal these decisions and protest in court of higher instances. And those should be humans. And let's be real. All those fancy agencies, judges and all are still corrupt in a lot of ways. So it's not going to be worse by any means. And we won't spend that much budget on maintaining all this human system we have.
