I think AI will become a vital part in many functions of human life, creative and non, and that will affect human jobs, as well as human lifestyles in general. And i personally don't view that as a good thing.
Humans feel fulfillment upon completion of a task, upon being relied upon, being useful. It's why many who can't work, die to disabilities or other factors, turn to things like video games, to give them that sense of being part of something, and community. So, when we're expecting AI and other technology to take the wheel, pushing us to the side, what are we meant to do for that sense of fulfillment that we're going to be missing in our lives?
As someone who is disabled, i know how hard it is to be unable to work. Be unable to be a contributing member of society. I've only recently, after I've five years, gotten medical clearance to work part time. I'm afraid we're taking tech in the direction where everyone will be unnecessary for society to function, where it's all run by tech.
Where humans will be outdated.
