Seems strange to ask ChatGPT about conversations its had with other people, knowing that ChatGPT will only "remember" those conversations if they are used for later training of the AI, and even then, it's unreasonable to expect it to recall one chat out of countless many that it has had. The only reason it could recognize the incident in question is because it browsed the internet for information on this incident when you prompted it.
