I'm confused. Are you trying to correlate an accident six years ago involving a grossly negligent driver, with "the end of Tesla" today? Every point you raise about safety concerns involved in this lawsuit has caused the company to change their protocols, instructions, and language. Yet you don't address that in the video, implying that all these problems still persist. For a channel I usually trust, that strikes me as disingenuous and possibly intentionally misleading.
Tesla has complied with court directions and changed every single thing you mentioned in the video to improve safety and understanding of Autopilot and Full Self Driving by users. Both of those systems are exponentially better now than they were in 2019, and they're STILL not advertised as fully autonomous; it's constantly stressed that the driver is responsible to continuously monitor the driving and be ready to intervene.
And if we can assume the $240M fine will barely make a dent in their quarterly statement, much less "end Tesla", what exactly is the intention of this video's narrative?...
