This whole argument is so stupid. What separates real artists from AI "artists" is not talent, or intent. It's effort. Even the shittiest artists took an effort to make their art (but we only appreciate them if they happen to be children, for some reason). Even someone who makes collages will carefully consider which piece of paper goes where. An AI artist takes no effort to make art. If they quickly sketch down a composition as a guide for their new AI-generated image, thinking about and executing that sketch took them more effort than the AI art will, since it was made by them (although they usually seem to demonstrate no such intent, they just take what the AI gives them without thinking about the composition or details. God forbid they demonstrate free will...)
