So, the fundamental point that your missing is that humans "train" themselves on existing art as well. If someone used your artwork as a way to practice and hone their style, you wouldn't say they were "stealing" your art. Obviously, if they directly copied your art, like say someone directly copying SpongeBob or something, then yes that would be theft. But simply using your art to learn is not theft. And your explanation of AI was extremely over-simplified. Without significant understanding of how the AI works you can't claim that it is "stealing" any more than any artist steals when they learn from existing artwork (or mimic an artwork's style).
