I talked to my son about something similar. I said there are three scenarios, the Wall-e scenario, the Matrix scenario, and the Terminator scenario. Wall-e is best case, Matrix is next best, and Terminator is worst case. I honestly don't know how we possibly avoid at least one of them at this point with how we seem to be going full steam ahead with this. And in the end, the AI will decide which one; we will not have a vote when it gets there.
