The easiest way if they're ''japanese illustrator'' or not is they're hv Portfolio like Forio etc. and Skeb「AI are not allowed in here」. Also if they work on NSFW, any manga ,or Smtg like that, many of them trying to make manga or even an album photo sets, which means they want to sell it on offline event Comic marKet. For they already make a product and ready have a booth on ComiKet, they hv code like this for ex ''C159'' as participant.
That's why some japanese illustrator have "C159" on they bio or name.
