im pretty sure that AI art is literally fair use, unless an exact work is generated (which has happened) its no different then me being inspired by an artist and pulling from his style, u cant own a style just like how u cant own a music genre u only own specific works, millions of artists a day seek to replicate the styles and works of their favorite artists which over saturate the market for certain styles anyways, the only difference is that AI art is generated and not made.
