If this kind of thing is aloud to go ahead, you will get to a point where and its not far of now ,, if say you walked past a neighbourhood that thay the perhaps rich decide they would prefer you are not allowed to walk in scanners and cameras with scanners of facial recognition in them could alert police and you could be stopped from walking through rich people's neighborhoods this is police state in reality and this is very close already.
