By all means use your obvious skill and talent to create images manually. I don't have such skills and talents, so I use AI to create nice looking images to look at. I have no desire to acquire the skill - I am a consumer of images who wants to see them, not manually create them. I do instruct the AI to create them and call it artificial art.
