i use chatgpt to run my running program. it keeps track of everything, how my sleep was, any aches and pains i might have, and so forth and formulates the day's plan: how many miles, heart rate zones, etc. this includes any extra exercise or routines it thinks is necessary for injury prevention or treatment. basically my own personal trainer that is available 24/7 and willing to listen to and account for the most trivial of signals. that's serval hundred dollars a month that i don't have to spend on the human equivalent. so, yeah, it's going to take jobs and in my case, it just did.
