Digital systems are 100% confident in ther actions . There is no hesitancy, no second thinking. That binary logic underlying all computer systems isv their strength and their weakness. Humans need to know this.
O have to eonder to what degree China, to name just one, have functioning ChatGBT systems. Andvif they do not, what measures are being taken to assure they don't steal this tech from the US or other countries.
