Everybody talks about AI like it’s such a big deal. It’s just a computer reading a massive PDF file basically and it’s multiple PDF files that talk to each other and go through a checklist to determine an answer so he’s right if you have PDF files that correspond with each other to make good things happen for humans and for the computer software industry that’s great, but you might have a kid that’s angry And he makes an AI with PDF files that correspond with each other that do nothing but negative or make computer viruses or anything of that sort so just like you can make a good AI you can also make an evil AI. It’s just as easy both ways. This is the real conversation now can they limit the ability for the Population to do so yes, of course they can but when it comes to another government like North Korea, for example who’s gonna determine what North Korea is able to do China of course and what if China want to rule and they use a PDF file that makes viruses like COVID-19 using AI and PDF files to go through a checklist to make the most egregious compounds ever
