Tesla clearly mentions that its supervised Autopilot and not self driving? Autopilot (Cruise control with benefits) exists on almost all new cars today just with different names. You must always be aware with it engaged. Its not a self driving car. We are atleast another 50 - 100 years away from a car that will drive with zero human input. The only people to blame here are the not so smart people driving the Teslas.
