Basically, the whole AI involvement in art is really bad simply because it removes skill (drawing, playing an instrument etc.) out of the equation. By learning basic skills and developing them over time, you have a chance to create your own unique fingerprint, something that resonates with other humans in a way never seen before. If AI in any shape or form replaces something that can be entirely done by a human, it will have catastrophic consequences down the line. Everything will look and sound bland, similar to each other, cheap. The quality of our lives will be degraded, because we will consume only the artistic equivalent of junk food, with similar fatal consequences. For that reason, any use of AI as a shortcut to anything demanding extra long term effort should render you incapable to monetise anything you "created". Get good, motherfucker.
Claiming autotune as an instance of AI is (correct me if I'm wrong) ignorant as all hell. Every effect pedal (analog or digital), especially modulation ones, run some kind of algorithm. So my distortion, phaser, flanger etc. are AI? If my physical input results in some unique output, it's not the same as telling a machine do do something, and then doing some basic shit with it.
