What if the AI says you can't run tests on me? That is the point where AI starts making decisions for humans, which is a dangerous path to go down, and we should not go down that path. AIs are not humans and they should not be treated as such. It is a legitimate question though and I think I could be persuaded to argue for the other side of it, but it is too early because we don't have the experience or knowledge about how these AIs work yet. We can't let them overrule a human's rule yet.
