Flying 'splosives, yes, facial recognition - no. At least, not "accurate" face recognition - rather, blow up anything with somehow similar features. Would be immediately put on control like the guns are, or the drones are, come to think of it.
C'mon, its absolutely possible to buy a drone and use it in a similar manner - did it change the world much?
