I left the art scene years ago because of frustration with other people using my images for articles, reports, etc, all without asking let alone informing me that they had used my work. I would have been okay with it, given just that small courtesy. But finding your images strewn around the net... Kinda stings when you're just starting out. Your art is good, but you're not good enough for others to let you know.
These days, ai art has me hesitant to even consider re-entering the online art scene. It's the same problem, but from another angle. That said, ty for this guide. It is a small relief to know that efforts are being made to protect that which artists create
