ai cant replace human artists until it becomes artificial general intelligence as right now it never creates something new. however i think that one day ai will be used everywhere because an advance in 1 sector of ai (lets say text recognition) then its an improvement to all sectors of ai (i forgot why this is but trust me 🙏 ill link a source if i find it) so ai improves at a very fast rate and currently its not slowing down.
