I think intent is art, HOWEVER... Prompting doesn't make you an artist any more than commissioning art does. You're telling some outside force what you want, then it gives it to you.
The difference is whether you're telling an artist what art you want to pay them to make, or if you're telling a soulless art theft machine to regurgitate an image that technically isn't art.
Comedian is fine in my opinion. It's not great, It's not for me, but its existence doesn't offend me. AI "Art" does though, it's just a shallow imitation of the human spirit, a mockery made for money.
