The two ways I've used AI at work are:
1. Building code in other programming languages than those I'm used to. It still requires me to construct the logic by myself so what I get from the AI is simply how the commands are written.
2. When I don't have time to go through hundreds of pages of international standards I can ask it to specify where in a certain standard I can find information about X, where so that I can find the right sections and then read through them myself.
