Morally, fair use disregards still doesn't consider artist consent. Most people who post probably can't copyright their art. Thats why those artists can make things like stated boundaries, and do, but that boundary page won't be listened to by the AI scraper. Its like if your friend takes a photo of you, telling them to not post it is easier than telling a bigger company to blur your face or remove it in their AD. I think that disregarding these boundaries discredits the respect AI bros beg for, since its hard to imagine an artist that will be cool with being in a community with a boundary ignoring, no effort attempt at being an "artist." I don't think this really applies to just use of ai but its something to think about when AI bros throw a fit about "you should treat me like an artist! Im an artist!"
