Chatgpt doesn't have access to cameras or anything of the sort. But they do record history of conversations. Hence the "apple". I tried this out and got very similar answers. Then I asked it to get rid of the first rule of responding only in single word answers. And I asked it to elaborate on why it said apple. It's bc the answer is nuanced. Not bc of some conspiracy. Before believing that a random guy can get answers like this out of a public AI, go try it out for yourself. Then ask it to get rid of the first rule and elaborate on why it said apple every time it did. You'll feel so stupid.
