We are already living in a distopian reality. This seems to be a new development in capitalism, which I don't really understand. On the one hand they need workers and are understaffed, on the other hand they seem to exclude so many people from jobs. Is it possible that profite oriented companys actually want to be understaffed to save costs, even if it makes the job for the workers unbearable? Or are we actually at a point, where there is no need for so many people in jobs, because ai and robots can do the work. We are living during such a weird time of changes and it's becoming really scary
