Ever heard of the word: Flash war?! Soon Ai systems trained on possibly poisoned data and suffering from distributional shifts (bc data seldom represents the actual battlefield) will in 1% of the cases trigger a false alarm and this might start a nuclear war. Also at some point do these weapons become so advanced that no single human can supervise and control them (except maybe Andruil and the Techno fascist running it) and there we have it... Accountability problems, Spoofing, etc. He is selling his product on this TED talk, nothing else...
