Hi Bernie. In addition to the five ideas you suggested, I would implore you to heavily consider a social safety net in the form of UBI. Advancements in AI and Robotics will not stop, and we can only do so much to protect jobs without outright banning these technologies.
If we have the technology to keep our country running with less and less human hands, then there is no reason why the greatest country in the world cannot guarantee a minimum standard of living to all citizens not lucky enough to claim the fewer and fewer remaining job opportunities.
