Damn! I'm way way F**n more worried about an unregulated AI development by a profiteering US company than "China winning". Everyone is thinking that China "winning" the AI race would be a horrible thing but there's no reason to think that at all. In fact a Chinese developed AI is very likely to be much more trustworthy than a US one developed without regulation. Why do these people think that China is any less concerned about the well being of the human race than they are. Just the opposite seems to be true.
